The Women in Engineering program is dedicated to working with schools and organizations across the state to bring a lifelong love of learning, engineering, and science to young women. By giving women chances to explore new ideas, we can inspire the next generation of engineers to take on the world’s greatest challenges.

To bring the wonder and joy of engineering to young women in the state of Connecticut by giving them opportunities to explore and play in STEM fields they haven’t been exposed to. To challenge stereotypes and remove roadblocks that inhibit young women from pursuing engineering careers with education and fun.
